If there’s a printing error or a visible quality issue, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

For quality issues, please send clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface, and include them in your email to contact@support.forgeheimshields.se.
This simple step helps us resolve your case quickly.

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or size-related exchanges.

Cancellations

Cancelling a product order

All our products are made to order, uniquely for you.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, use the link provided in your order confirmation.
You can change or cancel your order before it enters production.

Once your order has entered production, you may still be eligible for compensation or a solution depending on the situation.
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to report any quality issues.

Donations and tips

Please note that donations and tips cannot be canceled or refunded.
Once a payment for a donation or tip has been completed, it cannot be reversed.

Memberships

You can cancel your membership at any time through your payment page.
The cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.
We do not offer refunds for ongoing membership periods.

Damaged products or quality issues

For the fastest handling, include photos that clearly show the issue or damage along with your order number.
The best photos are taken on a flat surface, with the label and defect clearly visible.

Refund Policy

Product orders

Since all products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in verified quality issues.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must provide photo evidence of the quality defect.

  • PayPal: Refunds via PayPal appear in your account within 24 hours.

  • Credit Card: Refunds via card usually appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations and tips

Donations and tips are non-refundable.
Once payment is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Memberships

Memberships are non-refundable.
You may cancel anytime, and the cancellation will take effect after your current billing period.

Locked messages

Locked messages are non-refundable.
Once the payment is complete, it cannot be reversed.

International Orders
